E-MEALZ EASY AND DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES
I was so excited when E-Mealz contacted me about doing a giveaway…Hello who doesn’t want help with their saving money each week and cooking a great meal! SIGN ME UP ;)

I would love more time in my day to craft and hang out with my family &  E-Mealz try to provide that by simplifying your dinner routine.

Just to give you a little background on E-Mealz……E-mealz is an online menu planning service that offers a menu plan for busy moms or wives. E-Mealz was created by sisters Jane DeLaney, mother of four, and Jenny Cochran, mother of three. The sisters were frustrated by the challenge of coming up with healthy, budget-conscious meals for their own families and inspired by their own mother’s frugal ways, they launched the program in 2003. They have over 20 menu plans for a family ranging from 2-6 based on options that include low carb, low fat, point system, and vegetarian as well as different grocery stores and mass retailers. This way they can help families save money based on weekly sales at their chosen grocery store. They even have gluten free and holiday themed meal packets! What a perfect time of year to get some help with what to plan for dinner while your trying to plan what to buy for Christmas ;)

Their goal is to provide:

Delicious family friendly recipes

Ingredients bought on special and/or at the best price available

An easy and stress free home-cooked dinner

TBH, it is just the hubby and myself but we have been living on fast food and without good planning and food knowledge, our food bill is through the roof. Beyond that, we are both really pushing ourselves to loose weight and eat healthier. So why do I want to win – health, planning, routine- help me learn how to manage it, less stress having someone hold my hand and plan, and save money instead of just grabbing what looks good.
