patriotic tshirt – tutorial and silhouette discount

I always loved my kids to wear the patriotic shirts for the fourth of July but hated that they always said “independence day” or “fourth” or a “year” so they could only wear them for that day…so I decided to make a patriotic themed shirt for my nephew that could be worn all summer long thanks to my handy silhouette machine :)

First I started out by picking out a template from my rhinestone starter kit {it comes with a bunch of free designs)

I cut it out following all the directions on the package – super easy!

then I applied it to my shirt and ironed it down! DONE

But I wanted a little extra something to it…so I cut out the phrase “stars and stripes” from my silhouette and reversed stenciled it onto the shirt

now your done and have a super cute patriotic shirt for your little one to wear all summer long!
