4 fall looks with a shabby rose headband

hey there all you wonderful love stitched readers! can you believe summer is coming to an end already? i feel like summer is the one season that always blows by so fast and then without any notice it’s suddenly fall.

so for this post i thought i would come up with a few transitional outfits that will help me adjust to the cooler temperatures and get out a few of my favorite items for my favorite season.

to give these outfits a little twist brittany graciously sent me this wonderful sophia shabby rose trio headband i’d been eyeing up for a while :)

i am sure a lot of you have already ordered from brit’s shop love stitched but if you haven’t then this may give you the extra confidence you need to place your first order. treat yourself, your kiddos or a wonderful friend!

isn’t this headband gorgeous? i love the muted gray color because i can pair it with just about anything and the black elastic is super comfortable to wear. i am always worried when headband elastic is very tight because it ends up giving me a headache. not with this one. it is nice and soft and has just the right amount of stretch. i like to wear headbands across my forehead so that’s another reason i like them a little looser. who likes to walk around with an indentation all day long?

brittany also sent me the gold branch dangle earrings which i love and wear almost every day. you will be seeing a lot of them in future posts on my blog. to top it all off i got one of the limited edition anthropologie inspired ruffle flower rings. isn’t it so cute?

check out her packaging too. it’s so pretty and had these been gifts for someone i wouldn’t have needed to wrap anything.

so thank you so much brittany, i love it all :)

this is how i’ll be wearing my shabby rose headband this fall…

… with my favorite pleated skirt, a light sweater and a jean jacket.

… with muted pastels and rain boots.

… with a little bohemian inspired outfit because headbands somehow make me feel like a flower child ;)

… with one of my most favorite combos: plaid shirts and boyfriend jeans.

which outfit is your favorite?

what are your must-have items for fall?

until next month :)
