St Patricks Day Dinner Ideas

Themed dinners can be so fun! Especially if they are for a holiday….I am not a big fan of green so my closet is not the place to turn to, to celebrate St Patricks day. So I am turning to my kitchen and creating a fun dinner instead! Delicious enough for adults to enjoy but still tasty and fun for kids to get in the spirit of St Patricks day.

Lets start off with a fun Appetizer…. Shamrock Chips!
just grab a shamrock cookie cutter and some spinach tortillas, cut them out, bake them and pair with your favorite dip!!

Now for the main course.
I found TWO delicious recipes. My mouth was watering just looking at them.
First off we have a traditional Irish stew….I mean look at this. I am sure any husband or Boyfriend would love to dig into this meal for dinner! Hearty and delicious…..Great for left overs too!
and of course I have a gluten free green pizza for those that prefer a less traditional meal or are gluten free / vegan!
