My V-Day plans include going to work, eating dinner w/ my Mom & Dad & daughter, and then after I put her to bed I’m going to watch a sappy movie like “PS I Love you.”
My husband and I both have to work a basketball game at the high school where I teach tonight (He is the announcer and I sell tickets.), so I’ll be spending a romantic evening of fast food and working a game. :) Luckily, we had a date last Saturday to make up for our anticlimactic Valentine’s Day plans.

For Valentine’s Day this year we decided to stay in and spend it with our little 22-month-old son. We’re a little tight on money these days after my husband started a new job, so we’re doing a homemade breakfast dinner and made homemade cards for each other. It’s not what we normally do, but it’s actually kind of fun doing something different!

My Valentine’s Day plans are to spoil my hubby, not let him do any work after he comes home, and to snuggle up to a movie of his choice after the baby goes to sleep. Also I’m making some chocolate covered fruit for us. :) We’re going out on a real date this weekend when we can get a babysitter. But for tonight that’s what we’re doing.
