It’s Sophie from The Forge again this month to share a few options on how to wear a safari jacket.
I am a big fan of fall jackets because they are usually light weighted and easy to match up to my existing wardrobe. A safari jacket or something similar like an army style coat in a khaki color are easily paired with just about anything because of the neutral color. A cinch waist helps add definition without having to add a belt. If you live in a milder climate you can probably wear this kind of jacket all through the winter. I am trying to get as much use out of it as I can before it gets too cold here in western PA.
So here are 3 options to give you some inspiration:

- pair it with a bright plaid shirt, dark skinny denim and your favorite pair of boots.

- pair it with pastel colors like these skinnies and chambray shirt. put on a pair of rain boots and a warm hat and you’re good to go.

- an oversized knit sweater, leggings or tights in a fall color and worn in boots are sure to keep you looking cute while staying comfortable all day.
